Deepblu is the online community where scuba divers and freedivers continue their diving adventures above the surface. Deepblu allows you to showcase your diving memories and discover dive-related content and news. Expand your scuba knowledge, share your underwater experiences and engage with other people like yourself—divers with stories to tell.

We’re looking for a Growth Hacker to join Deepblu Digital Marketing Team. Working from our Taipei, Taiwan HQ, you’ll be the point guard helping Digital Marketing Team on projects that can boost user growth exponentially. You’ll identify creative solutions and conduct series of A/B tests, also being able to provide data analytical help to calibrate marketing strategies.


What you’ll do

  • Own all marketing analytical projects including tag management and user analysis
  • Propose and implement marketing automation tools compatible with Deepblu eco-system
  • Collaborate with channel-specific marketing team members to identify areas for growth
  • Constantly lead and conduct A/B tests for all channels (landing pages, emails, ads, etc.)
  • Propose creative new projects and test new approaches to accelerate user growth
  • Measure and optimize all projects, and reporting results and proposing improved ways of operating based accumulated data
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
  • Help meet aggressive goal

Requirements

  • 4+ years experiences in Digital Marketing or equivalent working experience
  • Thorough knowledge of SEO and paid marketing
  • Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
  • A doer, problem solver who can drive growth via user experience improvement
  • Proficient in web analytics and landing page optimization tools
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open-ended problems
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment
  • Ability to turn organizational goals into actionable items and define timelines on managed channel
  • Desire to contribute to the hyper-growth and culture of a successful technology company
  • Marketing automation or lifecycle marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Growth Hacker experience is a plus
