Customer Support Specialist


What you’ll do

  • Deal directly and respond promptly with customers and users via email/telephone/online MSG regards of hardware after service, questions, problems and complaints, sales inquiries and all other customer related questions.
  • Establish tracking and follow-up systems on customer inquiries and determine a course of action to resolve customer problems.
  • Working across all departments to ensure a smooth CRM work flow for all aspects of the company.
  • Prepare loads for shipment, arrange and track delivery according to customer requirements.
  • Keep and prepare accurate reports for upper management, ex. Logs and records of inventory.


  • Highly service-oriented, detail-oriented and able to multi-tasking effectively.
  • 2+ years customer services experiences in hardware/consumer electronics/sports equipment field.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (writing and speaking), knowing other languages is a big plus.
  • A passion for diving and the diving lifestyle.
